The staff were friendly. They were also professional. The hotel room was very clean. Robes were available, a feature I appreciated.
I got a room on the first floor. This room overlooked the street level. I had to keep the curtains closed at all times to maintain privacy. This was disappointing since I booked the beautiful king with city view months in advance.

The breakfast buffet included many options. i especially appreciated the fresh pastries and fruit. It. the rooftop pool was also a highlight. The water shimmered under the sunlight.
This was somewhat disappointing. it definitely detracted from the otherwise idealistic ambience! the minibar was not stocked upon arrival. This required a call to reception, but it was resolved quickly.

The staff was attentive and accommodating. The hotel is modern and beautifully built. The pool area was nice and easy to find. Uber drivers could get to main attractions quickly.
I wanted a bath in the booked suite, instead of the provided walk-in shower.

The hotel is removed from the tourist area, but it remains within walking distance of many attractions. Taxis and ride-sharing services offer quick access to the central areas. Public transportation is also available nearby.

the room included a fridge stocked daily with water, soft drinks, wine, beer, and a chocolate bar. custom custard tarts were also provided in my room each day i stayed. happy hour was complimentary because i was staying in an executive room. the rooftop pool was heated and open in the evening with bar service available.
the room i booked months in advance overlooked the street level. i had to keep the curtains closed at all times to maintain privacy. i consider this false advertising because i booked a beautiful king room with a city view.
